Egypt has been high on my travel list for sometime but the time was never right. On a whim in the spring of 2022 I decided to take my two teenage children to visit. Because I had limited time to do my own planning and knew Passainte knows more about Egypt than I could ever manage myself I asked for her planning help. She worked with me to make sure we had a balance of activities. Most of all she went out of her way to make sure my goal – of eating as much amazing food as possible – happen.
