We went to Egypt in January and had a great time. I joined WhyNotEgypt to get a feel of what Egypt was like. I started researching my trip and was hitting a few brick walls, especially with booking private tours. I wrote a post on this group and Passainte answered. I ended up private messaging her and the rest is history. She was very thorough and answered my millions of questions every time in a timely fashion. We flew into Cairo and our guide was there to help us in the airport. We visited the Pyramids, and Sphinx and then flew to Aswan (temple of Philae, Kim Ombo temple) to Abu Simbel and the Nubian Village (had tea with the locals) back to Aswan to hop on a Nile cruise, we toured Eduf, Luxor (valley of the kings/queens, Karnak temple, and luxor temple), Dendarah temple, and on our last day we visited the Sultan Hassan mosque, Hanging gardens church, St. Sergius and Bacchus church. It was just spectacular. All of our guides were knowledgeable and kind. They truly cared about us and made sure we understood everything about all the places we visited. They blended right in with our family. I highly recommend Passainte and her team. She took care of us from the moment I emailed her to the moment we left. She kept in touch and was always asking how everything was going. We will visit again! If I could give a 10 star review I would. Thanks for making my trip memorable.
